How is a record counted?
One row of your file, per run. Re-running the same file to check a fix does not count twice.
Can I use my own rules?
Yes, from Professional up. Upload your own rule sheet and Valigo runs it alongside the built-in rules for your target system.
Where does my data live?
Files you upload are stored in your workspace's cloud storage and checked on Valigo's servers. Only members you invite can sign in, and downloaded reports are password-protected.
How does Valigo use AI?
Validation and reconciliation checks are rule-based. AI Insights and Vali-Mode send the relevant results and file details to a third-party AI model provider.
